This exceptional villa is situated in Roche, a quiet and upscale residential neighbourhood north of Conil, only 600 m from a beautiful white beach with clear waters. The house is surrounded by lawn, offers good privacy, and has a fenced pool, ideal for families with toddlers. The interior is friendly and well maintained.
Not only the beach is a 5 minute walk, but also a mini-market, restaurant, bar, and newspapers, whilst Conil de la Frontera (7 km) provides more extensive facilities and a good selection of restaurants and tapa bars. Especially in the summertime, Conil is a city with a humming nightlife! The area also provides possibilities to play tennis, paddle, or volleyball. There are several golf courses in the surroundings, of which Sancti Petri Golf is the nearest (1 km). If you fancy discovering the area, then donât forget to visit the famous horse show in Jerez de la Frontera, every Thursday, and one of the famous bodegas such as Gonzalez Byass. The cities of Cádiz and Sanlúcar de Barrameda are also very interesting, whilst Sevilla and the city of Ronda are the highlights of western Andalusia and a bit more than a one hour drive away. The outside areas of the villa include a lovely garden of 1,400 m2 with lawn, several sitting areas and an attractive private pool. For the commodity of families with smaller children, the pool area has recently been fenced, the reason why you do not yet see it on the pictures. Patio furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue for your alfresco dinners are provided, making this a complete property suiting many tastes.
The villa has a surface of almost 400 m2 and all rooms on the ground floor with the exception of a bedroom and a large bathroom with a hydro massage bath on the first floor. Although it is not new, it is well maintained and decorated with very comfortable, elegant furniture. The living/dining room and kitchen are very spacious, the last equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two double bedrooms, one quadruple bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 persons) and four twins. One of the twin bedrooms is accessed through the other, apt for a family with two children. There are four full bathrooms (including the first floor bathroom with the hydro massage bath). The car parking fits up to two cars.
