This is a charming and independent villa that is clearly very loved by its owners. Once you are here, you will agree that this is not "just another holiday villa". Both the inside and outside areas are well taken care of and meant for long term living, resulting in a very comfortable home that also includes air conditioning. The villa has a countryside location, though the beaches of Nerja are never far away.
At the end of a paved country lane, 5 km north-west of Frigiliana, sits this beautiful detached villa where you will find everything for a splendid summer holiday. The property is accessed through private gates, just off the quiet country lane, opening on the garden with lawn and a sun-terrace surrounding the pool (7m x 4m; 1.20m deep). To the right you will enjoy an outside shaded kitchen with sink, fridge, barbecue, work surfaces, stools, etc.âideal for your alfresco dinners! To the left of the house and farther back is a rear sun-terrace with a pergola, a ping-pong table, and private gardens. This villa is set on the brow of a hill and offers impressive views towards Competa, Torrox, and the Andalusian countryside. This is also an ideal spot if you want to explore Andalusia, the nearby white villages, or the route of the sweet Malaga wine. If you prefer to stay at home, then enjoy one of the outside seating areas with a glass of sangria or read a book on a sun lounger next to the pool. The area is a walkers' paradise; we would especially recommend a walk to the hamlet of Acebuchal (30-40 minute walk) that has an interesting history: its inhabitants were forced to abandon the hamlet in 1949 by the Franco regime and then was rebuilt in 1998. If you prefer a day at the Mediterranean, then you can drive to Nerja (15-20 minute drive) where you have a wide choice of beautiful beaches. The villa has a private outdoor parking for 2 cars. The access by the country lane is somewhat narrow, not dangerous though.
Just walk into the house and you will notice the homy feeling. The owners have decorated the accommodation with excellent taste, in a typical Spanish rustic style with tiles from the area and wooden beams on the ceiling. The front door of the villa leads into a spacious living/dining room with a wood-burning stove and two 3-seater sofas facing each other in the salon area. There is a flatscreen TV with satellite reception and music equipment. The dining area is conveniently placed near the kitchen and offers a cosy corner for 6 people. The kitchen itself is modern, although in a rustic style, and fully equipped with a vitro hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms (2 doublesâone with double bed and one with twin bedsâand 1 triple with single beds), a family bathroom, and a shower room. There is an air conditioner (cold / hot) in the living room and another on the landing that cools / warms the 3 bedrooms if the doors are left open.Notes:- Prices are valid for occupany with 6 persons. A supplement of 15 EUR per night applies for the 7th person.- A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).

On holdZeer mooi, gezellig en compleet huis op korte afstand van het mooie dorp Frigiliana
Het huis is zeer gezellig en compleet ingericht en we werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen. De tuin met zwembad en buitenkeuken zijn heerlijk met mooi weer. Het huis is zeer rustig gelegen aan een klein bergweggetje. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met ons gezin!! Het dorpje Frigiliana is zeer mooi en heeft vele restaurantjes. Ook zijn er een aantal kleine supermarktjes en bakkers. Voor de grote supermarkten moet je in Nerja zijn. Met een auto zijn er vele mooie tripjes te maken. Nerja ezelopvang, grot van Nerja, mooie baaitjes, rivier wandeling vanuit Frigiliana, Granada en Ronda (wat verder) en nog veel meer. Alleen een "normaal" koffie automaat miste. Maar het apparaat wat op het fornuis kon werkte prima en was erg leuk.

Ruhig, familienfreundlich, idyllisch, andalusisch - perfektes Feriendomizil
sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort für die ganze Familie. Idyllisch und ruhig gelegen mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge nördlich von Torrox in angenehmer Westlage, was dazu führt, dass immer ausreichend Schatten vorhanden ist (neben der obligatorischen Sonne!). Mit dem Auto ca. 15 min. bis zur nächsten gröÃeren StraÃe, dann nochmal 5 min. bis Frigiliana. Sehr gut geeignet für Wandertouren durch den Naturpark Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama. Mittlerweile auch mit "normaler" Kaffeemaschine. Für uns und unsere familien- und kinderorientierten Bedürfnisse sehr gut geeignet - wir kommen wieder...
