This lovely villa is designed for summer living! Relax at the pool or play with the kids in the large garden or go down to the beach below (500 m) where you can cool off in the Mediterranean. The inside is spacious and comfortably furnished.
The villa is located on the edge of Mezquitilla, a small fishing village, just 13 km from the lively resort of Nerja and only a 40 minute drive from Malaga on the Costa del Sol, making it a great base for anyone wishing to explore Andalucia. The beach is only 500 m away with a somewhat steep path, not the best way to get there. A large variety of beaches can be found nearby, all with different characteristics. Many have a play area for children and some even provide ping pong tables! The water park at Torre del Mar and plenty of shops and markets, including a shopping mall at Velez, are only a 7 minute drive away. Many excellent restaurants are also close. The garden of the villa is set on two levels: on the ground floor level you will find grass areas and an outside dining terrace adjacent to the living room. On a lower level, you will find a private pool (8x4 m), a barbecue, sun loungers and plenty of space for the kids to play.
This villa sleeps up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms and offers spacious accommodations (150m2). All rooms are on the ground floor except the master bedroom located on the first floor. The villa has a comfortable lounge/dining room with patio doors opening onto a dining terrace. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, satellite TV (mainly Spanish and French channels), and a CD and DVD player. The kitchen, very spacious as well, is separated from the lounge by a breakfast bar. It is well equipped with a 4 ringed vitro hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms and a triple bedroom with the possibility of sleeping a fourth person on the sofa bed, making this a villa where 8 persons can be comfortably accommodated. There is one shower room and one full bath room.Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom.

Een ruim en schoon huis. Wij verbleven met 3 volwassenen en 3kleine kinderen( 1-5jaar). Zwembad was fijn. Helaas waren er mieren op de eerste verdieping. Verder weinig ongedierte. Stranden zijn matig, zwart zand/kiezels. Lekker eten voor een lage prijs. Wij hebben genoten van een zonnige vakantie in mei.

Hartelijk dank voor uw positive reactie. We zullen de eigenaar vragen iets aan de mieren te doen. Toekomstige gasten raden wij aan geen voedselresten achter te laten zodat de mieren snel begrijpen dat ze niet welkom zijn.
