This former farmhouse is fully renovated and retains its old charm with old tiles, interestingly styled walls, and a charming courtyard with private pool, sun loungers, and 100% privacy. The villa is situated only 1 km west of Nerja and 300 m from the Mediterranean.
The "cortijo" (farmhouse) is accessed through its front terrace and maintains a lovely, fully enclosed courtyard with private swimming pool (6m x 4 m) as a well kept secret. Antique wooden doors open onto a backyard where you find a shaded chill-out area with antique beds in case you would like to sleep under the stars. A barbecue and patio furniture are provided for your alfresco meals. A walk to the sea is only 300 m so you can stroll along the beach to Nerja in less than 15 minutes. For those looking to enrich their cultural knowledge, there are guided tours to the wonderful cities like Granada or Seville. If you're looking for entertainment, you will be amazed at the infinite options from golf to horse-riding, from water sports to paragliding. There is enough space for your car in front of the house and also a typical restaurant directly in the neighbourhood.
Please note: the way to the beach crosses a busy road, dangerous for children by themselves.
The accommodation is all on one floor. The living/dining room is the real eye-catcher of this property with thick walls, a beamed ceiling, and beautiful, traditional decoration. There is a sofa, dining-table, and two Moroccan style mattress-seats. The kitchen/dining room has an Andalusian style with an open fireplace. A ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and oven furnish the kitchen. A washing machine is located in a utility room. The four spacious bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) combine rustic elements with modern designs for the bed frames. There are two shower rooms, each with WC and wash basin.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

On holdZeer charmant huis in rustige omgeving, zeer dichtbij strand en Nerja op loopafstand
Wij hebben het verblijf in dit huis als zeer prettig ervaren. Er is maximale privacy en het huis is zeer rustig gelegen. Eigenlijk doen de foto's het huis geen recht, het is nog veel ruimer. Het is een charmant huis met veel authentieke details. Er is bijzonder veel buitenruimte. De kamers zijn ruim en de bedden prima. Er is ook een vaatwasser! Dit staat (nog) niet in de omschrijving. Het in september heerlijk rustige strand is op een paar minuten loopafstand. Nerja, vooral het centrum, is wel een stukje verder lopen; zo'n 30 minuten als je flink doorstapt. Nerja is een vrij toeristisch plaatsje dat er toch in slaagt om authentiek en gezellig te blijven. Er is ruime keuze in winkeltjes, barretjes en restaurants. Je kunt er voor prikkie erg lekker eten. Aanrader is een ijsje eten op Balcon de Europa. Zoveel keuze hadden we buiten Italie nog nooit gezien! Voor ons is deze regio voor herhaling vatbaar. Wij zouden dit huis en de omgeving aanraden aan anderen. Vast veel plezier!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit zwei Familien
Wir haben Anfang April die Finca mit zwei Familien gebucht. Die Finca hat genau unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Die Ausstattung war super. Die Vermieterin hat sich mehrmals mit der Frage gemeldet, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Finca liegt umgeben von einem Restaurant (war zu unserer Urlaubszeit nur spärlich besucht und nur halbtags geöffnet) und einem Pflanzenhandel eher verlassen und versteckt in der Nähe des Strandes. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Geweldig huis!
We hebben genoten van het huis en het zwembad. Alles was schoon en gezellig ingericht. Het vernieuwde overdekte terras in de achtertuin waar je heerlijk koel kon zitten was prachtig. Het zwembad is ideaal en de weg oversteken en je bent bij het strand. Het restaurant langs het huis is ook een aanrader.

Delightful
Just back from a fabulous holiday in this charming villa , The owner couldn't have been more helpful and the villa only a stones throw from the beach and 15 min walk from nerja or a bus from a couple of mins walk up the road will bring you there for 1euro Lovely restaurants around villa and I would recommend it to anyone except maybe families with very young children as the pool hasn't a shallow end but otherwise it's fabulous!

Fijn huis
Iedereen gaat direct in de 'relax modus' op deze fijne plek! Wij hebben wederom een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Nerja! Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. (En dat wat er niet is regelt Regina voor je ) Fijne buitenplekjes, luxe keuken, een eigen zwembad (wat je goed af kunt sluiten, erg fijn met kleine kinderen) en een erg gastvrije gastvrouw! Er is genoeg te zien en te doen in de directe omgeving. Strand op loopafstand, prima koffietentjes/ eet gelegenheden aan t strand, restaurant als buurman & Nerja stad is prima lopend te bereiken. Wij zouden hier graag nog weer een keer terugkomen!

Je recommande vivement cette villa
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa, nous étions deux couples et trois ado ; la villa est très spacieuse tout le monde trouve un petit coin tranquille en extérieur comme la piscine qui a été la bien venue à cette période ! Régine a été très accueillante , très réactive si nous avions besoin d elle .Nous avons testé le petit restaurant Sans Miguel qui est juste à côté de la villa car nous n' avions pas toujours envie de faire la cuisine !c est les vacances .. il ne paye pas de mine à première vue mais il est excellent , ils sont très serviables nous pouvions commander et déguster à la villa . Pour les plages il faut pousser un peu plus loin que celle qui est à côté de la villa, il y a des petites criques super jolie pas très loin 10/15mn en voiture.. Je recommande vivement la villa pour la qualité de la prestation et pour la gentillesse de sa propriétaire.

Beautiful and cozy house
We were two families visiting Nerja and Regine's house was perfect for us. With small kids we highly appreciated the pool area and the possibility to lock the door so the kids did not have free access to the pool at all times. The garden was great with lots of nice places to sit and eat. The house is beautiful and cozy. We would love to come back ! Highly recommend it!
