This beautiful villa is located at a few kilometres from Torrox and Cómpeta (white villages of the Costa del Sol) and just 10 km from the beach of Torrox Costa. The villa enjoys exceptional views, overlooking a green nature landscape around the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda and Almijara looming behind the first hills.
The private pool (7.3m x 3.5m; max 1.85m deep) is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace area and comes with sun loungers and parasols. There is also shaded barbecue area with built-in barbecue, kitchen sink and a natural over. On the front of the villa is a shaded porch with a second barbecue area, so you can choose where to dine, depending on the wind and sun. The access to the property is all surfaced so you can easily travel the white villages of Cómpeta (8 km) and Torrox (10 km). The beach of Torrox is a 15 minute drive, while you will also be able to visit interesting towns like Malaga and Granada within 1 - 1.5 hour. A good restaurant (restaurant Pavo Real) can be found a 5 minutesâ drive!
The villa is comfortably furnished in a country-style with Andalucian tiles on the floor. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living/dining room, equipped with a large sofa, rocking chair, dining area for 6 persons, wood burning stove and satellite-TV. The dining corner connects with the independent kitchen, fully equipped to include a 4 rings vitro hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. On the ground floor you will also find a toilet with WC and wash basin.On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin. The master bedroom has its own private terrace that looks out over the countryside and even offers a distant sea view. There are 2 shower rooms with WC and single wash basin. Fans are provided in the bedrooms and living rooms. WiFi internet is provided free of charge.
