Tucked away in the hills, this is an intimate and cosy villa with fabulous views, both towards the Mediterranean Sea to the south and towards the sierras to the west. The whitewashed village of Mijas (4.5 km) is just 5 minutes away whilst the sandy beaches of Mijas Costa (12 kms) are a 15 minute drive away. The villa is located in Valtocado, a residential area somewhat west of Mijas. Although the surroundings are quiet, the area offer many possibilities for those looking for sports and entertainments. There are a handful of golfcourses at less then 15 minutes drive though Mijas is also popular for tennis, horseriding, hiking and cycling. The kids will certainly enjoy the Mijas waterpark, the Fuengirola Zoo, Sealife in Benalmádena or the Selwo Safari park near Estepona.
There is a gated entrance to a parking area leading to the front door. Next to and behind the house, youâll find beautiful mature gardens with lawn. The attractive private pool (7 x 3 m ; 1.10 m - 1.70 m deep) is set in a fully fenced area to provide protection for families with smaller children. For your alfresco dinners, this property is provided with patio furniture and a built-in barbecue with a work top, water, and power supply.

All rooms are conveniently set on the ground floor with comfortable furniture in a classic style. From the parking area, the front door opens into the living/dining room furnished with 2 sofas, a wood burning stove, a dining table for 6, Smart satellite-TV, DVD player and a radio/CD. A door opens onto the garden with lawn. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and features a 4 ringed ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, shower, washbasin, and WC. The two other bedrooms are twins, one with an ensuite shower room, the other with an adjoining family shower room with all amenities. Notes:- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).- Pool towels are provided free of charge.

We zijn erg tevreden over dit mooie huis dat keurig verzorgd wordt door 2 aardige zusters. Omdat we met 3 kleine kinderen op vakantie gingen wilden we een huis waar ze niet direct het zwembad in konden lopen, en dit huis is daarvoor perfekt. De grastuin is heerlijk, prachtig uitzicht en lekker elke avond barbecuen. We vroegen ons af of we hier airco nodig hadden (niet aanwezig) maar het koelde hier 's avonds dusdanig af dat we niet eens de ventilators aan hoefde te zetten. Het enige nadeel van diut huis is dat je hier echt een auto nodig hebt, maar voor ons geen probleem.

Tophuis, topontvangst, topuitzicht, in een woord TOP.
We zijn ervaren reizigers en hebben al 15 jaar veel villas in zuid- Europa mogen huren. Allemaal mooi, maar hier ondervind je iets speciaals, je merkt aan alles dat de eigenaren vrouwen zijn. Alles was spic en span. Bloemen zee in de tuin welke 2x per week werd gesproeid en bijgehouden. Inventaris tot in de puntjes verzorgd, alles was aanwezig. Bij aankomst was er gezorgd dat je direct naar behoefte thee of koffie, water etc. gratis kon gebruiken. Samen met het weer was, zonder overdrijven, alles -TOP-. Bij boeking werd je door Casitas ook uitstekend voorgelicht en begeleid. Komen zeker in een andere villa van Casitas nog terug. Fam. Slothouber

Fantastic views and wonderful property!
Just a lovely place! We have stayed there for 1 month earlier, this time for 2 weeks. Fantastic views and a lovely garden. Shaded outside space, lots of flowers. Gated for security. Also the pool is gated, one of the reasons why we chose this place. This place is perfect for us with 3 children, and we will definitely return!:-) Every morning we bought fresh, warm bread from the gas station at the entrance of charming Mijas Pueblo (10 min) One word of advice, though: Please be especially aware of the children if You are eating outside by the pool. The seating is very close to the pool. Our 3 year old daughter was allways wearing arm bands in the garden, also when she wasn`t swimming. But when we sat down to eat we took them off. She manage to tip toe behind our back, and without a noice she fell into the pool.We had to call an ambulance and go to the hospital for x-rays and a check-up. Luckily she was OK!! The really nice owner told she would get an alarm for the pool. We will be back!

Wonderful villa with amazing views
We have just returned from this villa and wanted to say how lovely it is. The photos don\'t do the peaceful location and quality of the fixtures/fittings justice. Everything is so clean and well cared for, and the setting is superb with wonderful views around the property. We would definitely return.

Très Agréable
Nous avons, moi et ma petite famille, passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison, très calme, propre et bien entretenue. La propriétaire est chaleureuse et à assurer comme convenu l'entretien de la maison. Je recommande cette maison à toute personne qui souhaite se reposer dans le calme et respirer l'air frais. Un seul petit souci, c'est l'éloignement de la ville et lâaccès à la propriété qui reste difficile surtout si vous avez une grosse voiture. En général nous étions très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Très bonne semaine a Mijas
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette belle maison accueillante et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire et sa sÅur qui avaient mis a notre disposition du lait, une bouteille d'eau, du pain, de la confiture, des petits biscuits du café, du thé et des fruits ; c'était appréciable après une longue route en voiture. Ma famille a beaucoup apprécié ces vacances et c'est avec un grand plaisir que l'on reviendra. Nous n'avons eu que du positif dans notre location, s'il y avait quelque chose a rajouter pour plus de confort dans la maison ce serait la climatisation.

Magnifique
Très belle maison nichée dans la montagne avec une vue splendide. Le jardin est magnifique. Tout incite à la détente et au bien-être. Les dames qui s'occupent de la maison sont très gentilles. Seul souci, l'accès à la maison est quelque peu difficile et il faut éviter les grosses voitures.

Villa idéale
La villa est d'une propreté sans nom ! Jamais nous n'avions vu une maison aussi bien entretenue. Les 3 chambres sont chacune équipée d'une sdb ce qui la rend très pratique. L'environnement est propice au calme et au repos. Vraiment parfait ! Nous reviendrons très rapidement.
