Situated on the outskirts of one of the historic village of MontefrÃo, the property is reached by a short steep track leading up to the house. The sun terrace with dip-pool of 3 by 4,5 metres host spectacular views over the village and surrounding landscape. An old millstone table and stone benches make this a perfect setting for your alfresco diners! For a day trip, historic Granada, with its spectacular Moorish AlbaicÃn quarter, shops, pretty squares and palaces is well worth a visit. Please note: due to the steep drops in the grounds surrounding the house, small children will need supervision.
The distinctly rural cottage interior includes an open fireplace and old farm implements to adorn the walls. The accommodation is all on one floor with simple furniture and consists of an open-plan living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The traditionally decorated living/dining room has a dining table for 6, a sofa-bed, 2 armchairs and tv. The kitchen comes with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Each bedroom provides sleeps for 3 persons, with 1 double and one single bed each. An additional 10th person could sleep on the sofa bed.
