A very nice villa situated in a rural, pine-tree covered residential area at a half hour drive from Jerez de la Frontera. Very spacious garden with lawn and a good size private pool. Simple though comfortable living/dining room, 5 bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. In the attic there is also a multi-functional space that could be used as a playground for children or as an additional bedroom.
Located in a rural pine-tree covered residential area, a 10 minute drive from the village of La Barca de la Florida, where you will find a reasonable selection of small shops, restaurants, and bars. The wonderful city of Jerez de la Frontera, famous for its sherry wines and horse show at Real Escuela, is nearby. The white and sandy beaches of El Puerto de Santa MarÃa are only a 45 minute drive away. The villa features a magnificent garden with great lawns, hardly seen in this part of Spain, an attractive good size pool (7x15 m), and a barbecue area. Tall pine trees provide the necessary shade in the summer time.
The veranda has a dining table for eight persons; its doors open onto the lounge/dining room of the house. The furniture of both the living room and bedrooms are simple though comfortable, while the kitchen is well furnished and equipped. Except for a multifunctional space, all rooms are set on the ground floor. The lounge/dining room has a fireplace, dining table for ten, sofa, armchairs, TV, and radio-CD with a cassette-player. The kitchen is fully equipped and of a good size with a hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher while a washing machine is located next to it. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with WC and shower. The other bedrooms consist of 1 double and 3 twins, sharing the main bathroom, equipped with WC, over bath shower, hydro-massage, and bidet. One of the bedrooms is situated on the first floor (attic floor) where you will also find a multifunctional space that can be used as a playground for children. (Please note: the staircase could be dangerous for little children.) Upon request, this room can accommodate two additional persons.
