Comfortable and recently built casita located at a 5 minute drive from CoÃn, a town famous for its cultivation of a wide variety of fruits. The private pool of 4x8 m is surrounded by a sun-terrace with sun loungers. You can take shelter from the midday sun under the beautiful covered terrace with a built-in barbecue area and patio furniture.
The accommodation is all on one floor and consists of a lounge/dining room, kitchen, and 2 twin bedrooms. The comfortable furniture is well taken care of and creates a rustic atmosphere. The ample living/dining room is complete with a dining table for 6 persons, 2 sofas, TV, and radio/CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a vitro ceramic hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There's a lovely complete shower room in Andalusian style with WC and basin. On request, the beds can be converted to a double bed (please notify upon reservation).Note: Air conditioning is available (free of charge).

Het huis heeft veel ruimte, dat wel. Maar het is ongezellig, vooral de buitenruimte. Alles plastic, geen kussens en kaal. Linnengoed versleten en te weinig. En wat het meest stoorde was de hondenkennel erachter. Daar kan de eigenaar vast niks aan doen, maar die eigenaar van de kennel toch wel? De honden blaften wel vijf uur achter elkaar, je wordt er gek van.
