Situated in peaceful surroundings, this charming two storey villa is set in a walled garden within a short drive from Burriana beach (2 km) and Nerja's shops and restaurants (2 km). The delightful, garden with lawn features a sun terrace with a swimming pool (8x4 m; 1,10 - 1,80 m deep). A pleasant dining corner with barbecue kitchen and furniture provides the ideal spot for your alfresco dinners. A few steps lead to the veranda of the house where you have another nice little terrace that with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean. Just an hour from here, you'll be visiting Granada's Alhambra palace or the Málaga's Gibralfaro castle. If you don't mind driving, visit the beautiful inland cities such as Seville and Córdoba.
GROUND FLOOR: A very comfortable living/dining room is rustically decorated with an open fireplace, dining table for 8, sofa and satellite-TV. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is also a wonderfully tiled shower room with WC and wash basin on the ground floor.LOWER GROUND FLOOR: The 4 bedrooms on this floor sleep 8 persons: 2 doubles and 2 twins, all nicely appointed with a colorful decoration and each provided with a large wardrobe. The is a full bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower-over, wash basin and wc.The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and other valuable extraâs such as a WiFi internet connection and safe box (all free of charge).
